From first message to paid order.
A customer writes — the bot answers from your knowledge base, the customer lands in the CRM, and the order’s profit is calculated. Your team steps in only where a person is needed.
Every channel in one inbox
- Telegram. Your bot answers customers on its own, day and night. (every project)
- Instagram Direct. AI drafts every reply and your team sends it in one tap — or, on request, the bot answers on its own. (enabled at setup)
- WhatsApp, LINE, Messenger. Connected at launch, into the same inbox. (enabled at setup)
- Website chat and forms. AI chat answers on your site; form leads arrive with their source. (enabled at setup)
A bot that knows your business
It answers from what you taught it, follows your scripts, and calls a person when it should.
- Knowledge base. Prices, rules and FAQ the bot answers from. Questions it couldn’t answer are collected as gaps, so you know what to add.
- Scripts. A step-by-step plan for the conversation. The bot guides the customer in its own words; any step can be pinned word for word.
- Handover. When a customer asks for a person or the bot doesn’t know, your team gets a Telegram alert and replies from the CRM in the same thread.
Built for how you sell
- Rentals. Orders by date with deposit, delivery and return, late fees and courier trips. A rental agreement straight from the order.
- Bars and restaurants. The bot takes table and VIP bookings with a deposit, in the guest’s language — Thai included. Staff confirm.
- Clinic front desk. We are the front desk, not the doctor: the bot books visits and answers practical questions — no diagnoses or prescriptions.
- Services. The bot walks each request through your steps, collects documents and checks them; orders, payments and partner commissions in one place.
- Shops. Orders with profit, FIFO stock, a price list from Excel and hints on what to restock.
Document check
A customer sends a photo — the CRM reads it into fields and puts them next to the original, so checking takes seconds, not retyping.
- Passports, driving licences, IDs and business licences
- Mismatches between documents are flagged
- iPhone photos (HEIC) accepted
- A person makes the final call
What it does on its own
- New customers appear by themselves. A new customer from any connected channel shows up in the CRM with their first message — with the channel and the whole conversation.
- Website leads with their source. Form submissions arrive as leads with UTM tags and the landing page, so you know which campaign worked.
- Leads from Telegram groups. Within minutes AI spots requests in group chats and files a lead: contact, budget, city, urgency.
- Answers 24/7. The bot replies day and night from your knowledge base, and shows which questions it couldn’t answer.
- Profit on every order. Profit, margin, payments and balance due are calculated per order. Marking an order paid creates the payment.
- Orders from plain words. Type the order in plain words — the CRM picks catalog items and counts the total and profit for you.
AI does the routine. You make the calls.
AI does:
- Files new customers and leads
- Answers from your knowledge base, 24/7
- Drafts Instagram replies for your team
- Reads customer documents into fields
- Shows its plan before changing any data
You decide:
- What the bot is allowed to say
- What goes into the knowledge base
- Bookings, deposits and final deal status
- Which changes are applied
- Who on the team sees what
Questions
Which channels can I connect?
Telegram, Instagram Direct (several accounts), website chat and forms — plus WhatsApp, LINE and Facebook Messenger, which we connect at launch. All land in one inbox. The bot answers on its own in Telegram and on your website; in Instagram, AI drafts each reply and your team sends it in one tap, or the bot answers on its own on request.
Do I need to code?
No. The catalog and knowledge base are set up in the interface, no code. A supplier price list loads from Excel with a preview.
What happens when the bot doesn’t know the answer?
It doesn’t make one up. The question is saved as a knowledge gap, and your team gets a Telegram alert with a link to the chat. A manager replies from the CRM in the same thread. The same happens when a customer asks for a person.
Which languages does it speak?
The bot answers in the customer’s language — English, Thai, Russian and others. The desktop interface is in English and Russian; the mobile app is also in Thai.
How does the launch work?
We start with one task of yours. We connect your first channel, load the catalog from Excel or build it in the interface, fill in the knowledge base and set up the first script — the bot answers customers from it. Timing depends on the task; we name it after we review it.
What about data and security?
Data is processed on our servers and is not shared with third parties, except infrastructure processors under confidentiality terms. Details are in the Privacy Policy (in Russian).
